Running one day per week in the Blue Mountains from 17 September to 19 November 2026, this hands-on program gives participants the chance to train alongside industry professionals, connect with mentors, and explore exciting career pathways within the fire and emergency services sector. Students will build real-world skills, strengthen teamwork and leadership capabilities, and gain valuable insight into careers that make a genuine difference in the community. From practical activities to inspiring industry connections, this program is designed to challenge, motivate, and prepare young women for future opportunities.
