Practical Activities Round 1:

  • Crew 1: Dive into the art of hose rolling and bowling, and master the live reel technique.
  • Crew 2: Explore different fire extinguishing mediums and learn their applications.
  • Crew 3: Navigate through a challenging BA Maze, honing your search and rescue skills.

Lunch Break: Fuel up and enjoy agency presentations on emergency management while indulging in on-site catering.

Practical Activities Round 2:

  • Crew 1: Experience the Burn Table, including land management techniques and dry firefighting methods.
  • Crew 2: Gain expertise in First Aid and Patient Care.
  • Crew 3: Dive into the intricacies of car crash rescue operations.

Additional Option: Explore Radio Communications, map reading, and bush navigation for an extra layer of skill-building.

Debrief Session: Reflect on home and community emergency readiness, participate in Q&A sessions, and plan your next steps towards empowerment.
