Step into the dynamic and rewarding world of emergency services at the Hay Careers Experience Day. This immersive, hands-on program offers students from Years 7–10 (ages 12–16) a unique opportunity to engage directly with real-world emergency response scenarios, guided by experienced local emergency service professionals. Through a series of practical, interactive activities, participants will build confidence, develop critical life skills, and gain valuable insight into how emergency services operate to protect and support communities. This is more than just a day of learning—it is an opportunity to spark ambition, broaden horizons, and empower the next generation to play an active role in building safer, stronger communities.

This exciting one-day experience is designed for Years 7–10 students (approximately ages 12–16), offering a unique chance to get involved in practical, hands-on activities that build confidence, teamwork, and real-life skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
