Frontline Futures – Mount Druitt is a free one-day mentor development program on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, created for emergency service personnel, volunteers, and community leaders. Develop practical skills to engage and mentor young people, collaborate with professionals from across the emergency services sector, and gain valuable insights into the Girls on Fire program. Open to anyone with a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or a willingness to obtain one.

Frontline Futures invites you to a one-day mentor training program designed for professionals and volunteers across the fire and emergency services sector who are passionate about developing the next generation of leaders.

Modelled on Girls on Fire’s highly regarded NAB Mentor Training Program, this interactive workshop will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to support young people while strengthening cross-agency collaboration.
