Girls on Fire, in partnership with local fire, flood, and emergency services, is delivering the Fire, Flood & Emergency Services Job Pathways Program in Horsham, VIC on 13 May 2026. This free, hands-on program is designed for adults, offering a unique opportunity to explore career pathways within emergency services. Participants will gain practical experience in areas such as fire safety, flood response, casualty handling, and road crash rescue, while developing essential skills in teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Join us for a dynamic, hands-on day of learning, teamwork, and career exploration on 13 May 2026. This free program is designed to immerse participants in the world of emergency response while developing practical, job-ready skills and building connections with local agencies.

Participants will engage in physical activities, realistic simulations, and team-based challenges, all guided by experienced emergency services personnel and local mentors. The program fosters confidence, resilience, leadership, and a strong sense of community in a safe and inclusive environment.
