Job Pathways Program – Adult Program (ALL Genders) - Horsham, VIC

Delivered by Girls on Fire in collaboration with local fire, flood, and emergency services, the Jobs Pathways Program (JPP) offers participants the opportunity to explore career pathways within the emergency services sector.

Join us for a dynamic, hands-on day of learning, teamwork, and career exploration on 13 May 2026. This free program is designed to immerse participants in the world of emergency response while developing practical, job-ready skills and building connections with local agencies.

Participants will engage in physical activities, realistic simulations, and team-based challenges, all guided by experienced emergency services personnel and local mentors. The program fosters confidence, resilience, leadership, and a strong sense of community in a safe and inclusive environment.

Location: Horsham, VIC 

Program Highlights:

• Introduction to fire science, use of extinguishers, hose and hydrant drills, radio communication, and mitigation crew roles

• Functional fitness activities, teamwork exercises, and personal protective equipment training
