Discover Your Potential at the Girls Fire & Resilience Program – Mount Druitt

The Girls Fire & Resilience Program is a free one-day initiative for young women and gender-diverse people aged 14–19, designed to inspire confidence, build resilience, and introduce participants to the diverse opportunities within the fire and emergency services sector.

Throughout the day, participants will engage in hands-on activities, realistic emergency response scenarios, and collaborative team challenges led by experienced emergency service personnel. The program is designed to strengthen leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while fostering greater self-confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What Participants Will Experience
